If you order has not shipped we should be able to make these alterations, but be quick! because usually cannot make alterations to an order after it is placed.
We reserve the right to substitute for balloons that are not in stock, provided the substitution will not substantially change the theme of the bouquet.
If we are given an incorrect address, there will be a re-delivery charge. Please contact us right away to update your address information.

We will be happy to replace any product deemed to be defective. Under certain circumstances, we may deem it appropriate to make a full or partial refund.
FOR BALLOONS WE USE IN OUR DECORATING SERVICES
We will not leave your event until we are satisfied that you and your guests will enjoy our balloon design.
NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE?
No problem! We want you to love your stuff! Unopened items that have not been damaged or used can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

We do not offer refunds on balloons. Balloons are Balloons therefore in nature they are fragile. We use the highest quality latex balloon available, however please use great care when inflating.
If you are concerned please order extra balloons for your event if you are concerned about popping. We do not offer refunds on balloons.

Incorrect or damaged orders must be reported within three days from the date the package was received. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order, and we will do our best to figure it out! For a damaged item, please include a photo of the damage to speed up the claims process.
